Returns and refunds
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by completing the Return form below. We will then issue you with a return authorisation (RAC). Please note, returns can only be processed if you contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Please include the following details in the Return form:
- Order number
- Product SKU
- Reason for return

Please ensure that your returned package is clearly marked as 'RETURNED GOODS' and include the original invoice for fast customs clearance. Failure to do so may result in customs charges, for which the customer is responsible.
Important:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
- We will only reimburse shipping costs in the case of faulty or damaged goods, or if we are provably at fault.
- Please note that international custom duties and sales tax will not be refunded.
- We advise returning products using registered post/DHL/TNT/UPS/DPD or similar, and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
- All returned products must be unworn, with original packaging and tags attached.
- Damaged items should be reported to Customer Care immediately upon receipt.
- Returned footwear must be unmarked and in their original, undamaged packaging.
- Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
- Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us, and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
